50 gram margarine or butter
4 tablespoons soft brown sugar
2 tablespoon golden syrup


Put the butter in saucepan. Add sugar and syrup in it. mix them and start heating them on a low flame. Stir it with a wooden spoon until the sugar dissolved and butter has melted. Make sure that the ingredients are mixed well. Bring the mixture to the boil and let it bubble for 1 minute. serve at one with ice cream or sponge pudding.
