Maple Sugar Pie


Eggs 4
Maple syrup 1 cup
Heavy cream 1 ½ cup
Brown sugar 1 ½ lbs
Butter 2 tablespoons
Pie shells 3
Walnts 1 cup


Beat eggs. Whisk in maple syrup, cream, brown sugar and butter one at a time. In a pie dish spread unbaked pie and spread the egg material over it. Then add walnuts. Bake it for 30-40 minutes at 350F until knife inserted comes out clean. Garnish with cream.
