Chicken Chow Mien


Ingredients:

Chicken boneless ½ kg cubed shaped
Spring onions 1 cup chopped
Onion 1 chopped
Cabbage 1 chopped
Bell pepper 3 julienne cutting
Carrots 3 julienne cutting
Beans sprouts 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Black pepper to taste
White pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Chinese salt 1 teaspoon
Chicken stock 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tablespoon
Noodles 1 packet boiled
Soya sauce 3 tablespoons
White vinegar 3 tablespoons
Sesame seeds oil ½ teaspoon
Oil 4 tablespoons

Direction:

Marinade the chicken in vinegar (1 Tablespoon), soya sauce (1 tablespoon) and corn flour for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions. Then add ginger garlic paste, stir well and add chicken. Stir fry the chicken when it changes its color and becomes golden add vegetables and chicken stock. Also add all the seasonings in it. Stir fry for 5 minutes and then add noodles and bean sprouts along with spring onions. Dish it out and sprinkle sesame seed oil.
