Ingredients:
Refined self raising flour 2 cups
Eggs 4
Sugar 1 cup
Butter or oil 1 cup
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Coffee 1 teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Milk 1/4 cup
Cream 400ml
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Chocolate syrup
Coffee 1teaspoon
Direction:
In a bowl seperate egg whites and egg yolks. Blend them seperatly and mix them. Again blend them till it gets foamy texture. Now add sugar and blend till smooth. In another bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder, coffee. Then add oil in it and mix with a spatula. Now mix egg and flour mixture together and mix them with a spatula in one direction. Also add milk in it and mix it. Grease the pan and pour the mixture. In a preheated oven at 360° bake it for 12-15 minutes.
Icing:
Meanwhile prepare the icing by blending the cream. Add sugar and coffee and blend.
Now cool the cake apply icing and decorate it with choccolate syrup.
