Beef and Fried Beans

Ingredients

  • Beef (boneless, cubed) – ½ kg
  • Red kidney beans (or black beans) – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Onion – 1 large (chopped)
  • Tomato – 2 (chopped)
  • Garlic – 3 cloves (minced)
  • Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and beef cubes. Cook until the beef changes color.
  3. Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  4. Cover and let it cook on low heat until the beef is tender. Add water if needed.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, add boiled beans and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until well combined.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.
  7. Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
