Beef and Fried Beans
Beef ½ kg
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder 2 teaspoon
White beans 2 cup boiled
Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
Salt and sugar to taste
Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing (chopped)
Ginger paste 2 teaspoon
Oil 3 tablespoon
Cut beef into flat slices. Take oil and add garlic, chilies, and ginger and fry them till light brown. Add beef in it and fry it. Now add beans in it when they will be cooked turn off the flame and garnish it with coriander and mint leaves.
