Beef and Fried Beans
Ingredients
- Beef (boneless, cubed) – ½ kg
- Red kidney beans (or black beans) – 1 cup (boiled)
- Onion – 1 large (chopped)
- Tomato – 2 (chopped)
- Garlic – 3 cloves (minced)
- Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
- Green chilies – 2 (chopped)
- Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
- Salt – to taste
- Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Oil – ½ cup
- Fresh coriander – for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic, ginger, and beef cubes. Cook until the beef changes color.
- Add tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
- Cover and let it cook on low heat until the beef is tender. Add water if needed.
- Once the beef is cooked, add boiled beans and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies.
- Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
