Crispy Fried Chicken
Servings:

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken (boiled)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- ½ cup green grams (soaked for 2 hours, then ground into a paste)
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 4 tbsp corn flour
- 1 egg
- Oil (for deep frying)
Directions:
Marinate the Chicken:
- In a large bowl, add the boiled chicken pieces.
- Mix in mustard powder, black pepper, red chili powder, salt, and vinegar.
- Let it marinate for 30 minutes for better flavor.
Prepare the Coating:
- In another bowl, combine the ground green gram paste, corn flour, and egg.
- Mix well, adding a little water if needed to make a thick batter.
Frying:
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Dip each marinated chicken piece into the batter, coating it evenly.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy (about 6-8 minutes).
- Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Serving:
- Serve hot with ketchup, chili garlic sauce, or coleslaw.
