Dark Chocolate Mousse
Egg whites 3
Egg yolks 2
Black hard chocolate 4 tablespoons (melted)
Cream 2 tablespoon
Sugar to taste
Direction:
Whisk egg whites to make white foam of it. Add sugar in this foam and again whisk it. Now mix chocolate and cream in it. Beat egg yolks in another bowl. Add this egg yolk in the egg whites mixture and mix it. Keep this in hot water and cover the lid for 20-25 minutes on low flame. When it will become tight chill it and serve it.
