Ingredients
- Spinach (chopped and boiled): 1 kg
- Chicken: 500g
- Salt: to taste
- Red chili powder: 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Onions (chopped): 2 medium
- Tomato (chopped): 1 large
- Green chilies: 4-6
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Oil: 4-6 tablespoons
- Garlic ginger paste: 1 tablespoon
Directions
- In a pot, add chicken, onions, tomatoes, garlic ginger paste, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, black pepper, and green chilies.
- Cook on medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked, and the moisture has evaporated, allowing the oil to separate.
- Add the boiled spinach to the pot and mix well.
- Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the water from the spinach has evaporated and the flavors are well blended.
- Serve hot with boiled rice.
