Fruit Jelly Salad

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad with the sweetness of fruits and a hint of jelly! Perfect for a light and tasty treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango (cut into square pieces)
  • 1 cup grapes (halved)
  • 12 bananas (sliced)
  • 4 apples (cut into square pieces)
  • 2 guavas (cut into square pieces)
  • 1 cup strawberry jelly (prepared)
  • 4 apricots (sliced)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Directions:

  1. Cut all the fruits (mango, grapes, bananas, apples, guava, and apricots) into square pieces, with bananas sliced.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the cut fruits.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to the fruits and mix gently to combine.
  4. Once mixed, fold in the prepared strawberry jelly, ensuring the fruits are evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
