Fruit Jelly Salad
A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad with the sweetness of fruits and a hint of jelly! Perfect for a light and tasty treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 mango (cut into square pieces)
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 12 bananas (sliced)
- 4 apples (cut into square pieces)
- 2 guavas (cut into square pieces)
- 1 cup strawberry jelly (prepared)
- 4 apricots (sliced)
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
- Cut all the fruits (mango, grapes, bananas, apples, guava, and apricots) into square pieces, with bananas sliced.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the cut fruits.
- Add a pinch of salt and sugar to the fruits and mix gently to combine.
- Once mixed, fold in the prepared strawberry jelly, ensuring the fruits are evenly coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
