Fruit Salad with Orange Juice

A refreshing, sweet, and tangy fruit salad that's perfect for any occasion, especially during Ramadan! You can use any seasonal fruits.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup watermelon (cut into square shapes)
  • ½ cup mango (cut into square shapes)
  • ½ cup banana (sliced)
  • ½ cup apple (cut into square shapes)
  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the cut fruits (watermelon, mango, banana, and apple).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the sugar into the orange juice until dissolved.
  3. Pour the orange juice mixture over the fruits and add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Gently mix everything together, ensuring the fruit is coated in the juice and seasoning.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best taste.
