Fruit Salad with Orange Juice
A refreshing, sweet, and tangy fruit salad that's perfect for any occasion, especially during Ramadan! You can use any seasonal fruits.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup watermelon (cut into square shapes)
- ½ cup mango (cut into square shapes)
- ½ cup banana (sliced)
- ½ cup apple (cut into square shapes)
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups orange juice
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the cut fruits (watermelon, mango, banana, and apple).
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar into the orange juice until dissolved.
- Pour the orange juice mixture over the fruits and add a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Gently mix everything together, ensuring the fruit is coated in the juice and seasoning.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best taste.
