Pineapple Soufflé
Milk ½ liter
Sugar 4 tablespoons
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Marie biscuits 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Butter 50 grams
Jelly 1 cup
Pineapple 1 cup
Direction:
Crush Marie biscuits and add butter. Boil milk and add sugar in it and then dissolved corn flour in water and add it in milk to make it think. Cool it. In a dish spread milk and then spread Marie biscuits over it. Again make a layer of milk then biscuits and then spread cream and pineapple over it. Sprinkle cocoa powder for garnishing.
