Refined flour 1 ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Salt ½ teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder 3 tablespoons
Butter 6 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Cold water 1 cup
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Sift all dry ingredients into a ungreased cake dish. Make a well in the center and pour the oil, vinegar, essence and cold water into it. Mix well with a fork until smooth. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool and frost with chocolate frosting.
