Almond Milk Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or ground almonds)
- 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
- Add the almond milk, banana, almond butter, honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder shake and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top or garnish with sliced almonds.
