Almond Milk Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened or sweetened)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or ground almonds)
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions:

  1. Add the almond milk, banana, almond butter, honey/maple syrup, and cinnamon into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder shake and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top or garnish with sliced almonds.
