Beef Minced ½ kg
Onion 1 chopped
Garlic ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Red capsicum 1 Julian cutting
Green capsicum 1 Julian cutting
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Oil 4 tablespoons
Cream 1 cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Cottage cheese ½ cup
Cheddar cheese 250grams
Spaghetti 1 packet boiled
Garlic 2 chopped
Rosemary ¼ teaspoon
Oregano ¼ teaspoon
Oil 2 tablespoons
Tomato puree ½ cup
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Water 2-4 tablespoons
Direction:
In oil sauté onions and then add beef minced, ginger garlic paste, and salt in it. Cook it for 10 minutes. When water evaporates then adds capsicum (red and green) in it. When all cooked well turn off the flame and add black pepper over it.
Sauce:
Fry garlic in oil. When it becomes golden add rosemary and oregano and sauté them. Add tomato puree and salt, red chilies over it. Add water and heat it for 5 minutes.
Take cream, yogurt and cottage cheese and mix them well. In minced beef add tomato sauce and creamy mixture and equally mix them. In a baking dish take Spaghetti and put minced mixture over it. Repeat this sequence and spread cheddar cheese. Bake at 180 degree pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve at once.
