Baked Creamy Cheesy Spagathy

Ingredients (Serves 6-8)

  • 12 oz (340g) spaghetti
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup bread crumbs (for topping)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk, then stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add 1½ cups mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  6. Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce and mix well.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and bread crumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
