Baked Creamy Cheesy Spagathy
Ingredients (Serves 6-8)
- 12 oz (340g) spaghetti
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- ½ cup bread crumbs (for topping)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, then stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1½ cups mozzarella, Parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Toss cooked spaghetti in the sauce and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and bread crumbs on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
