Banana Cherry Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add the banana, cherries, milk, yogurt, and honey/maple syrup into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder shake, and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with a cherry or banana slice on top.
