Banana Cherry Shake
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted) 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt) 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) A few ice cubes (optional) Instructions: Peel and slice the banana. Add the banana, cherries, milk, yogurt, and honey/maple syrup into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder shake, and blend again. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with a cherry or banana slice on top.
