Banana Cherry Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cherries (pitted)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (or plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add the banana, cherries, milk, yogurt, and honey/maple syrup into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes for a thicker, colder shake, and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with a cherry or banana slice on top.
