Coco Banana Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (or coconut yogurt for creamier texture)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Add the banana, coconut milk, regular milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker shake, and blend again.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of banana or coconut flakes if desired.
