Coco Banana Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or coconut yogurt for creamier texture)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- A few ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Add the banana, coconut milk, regular milk, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker shake, and blend again.
