Cucumber yogurt Shake

A refreshing and healthy drink perfect for hot days!

Ingredients:

  • 2 small cucumbers (or 1 large cucumber)
  • 2 glasses of yogurt
  • ½ glass of water
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Chop the Cucumber: Cut the cucumber into small pieces for easier blending.
  2. Blend Yogurt & Spices: In a blender, add the yogurt, salt, and black pepper (optional). Blend until smooth.
  3. Add Cucumber: Add the chopped cucumber to the blender and pulse gently, just enough to mix without fully blending the cucumber pieces—this adds a nice crunch!
  4. Add Ice: Drop in some ice cubes and blend again to chill and smooth it out.
  5. Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately as a cool, refreshing shake!
