Cucumber yogurt Shake
A refreshing and healthy drink perfect for hot days!
Ingredients:
- 2 small cucumbers (or 1 large cucumber)
- 2 glasses of yogurt
- ½ glass of water
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper (optional)
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Chop the Cucumber: Cut the cucumber into small pieces for easier blending.
- Blend Yogurt & Spices: In a blender, add the yogurt, salt, and black pepper (optional). Blend until smooth.
- Add Cucumber: Add the chopped cucumber to the blender and pulse gently, just enough to mix without fully blending the cucumber pieces—this adds a nice crunch!
- Add Ice: Drop in some ice cubes and blend again to chill and smooth it out.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately as a cool, refreshing shake!
