Fizzy Lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

  1. In a glass, combine the fresh lemon juice and sugar/honey. Stir until the sweetener dissolves.
  2. Add the cold water and stir well.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with sparkling water or club soda.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves if desired.
