Beef or mutton 1kg
Garlic ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Onion 3 large
Tomatoes 2 large
Garam masala ½ teaspoon
Green chilies 4-5 chopped
Ginger Julian cutting
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Yogurt 1 cup
Water 2 cups
Oil ½ cup
In a pot take all the ingredients except coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger. Now on low flame cook it till water evaporates and beef or mutton properly cooked. Now turn off the flame and put other 3 ingredients in it and cover it tightly with the lid. Serve with naan.
