Tikka Boti |
Ingredients:
Beef or mutton boti 1 kg
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Oil 1 cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
All spices powder 1 teaspoon
All spices powder 1 teaspoon
Yogurt 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Unripe papaya 2 tablespoon
In a blender take all ingredients except beef and oil and blend them. Now take 2 tablespoon oil and put it on beef and also put the yogurt mixture in it. Mix them and marinate it for 4-5 hours. Now barbeque over charcoal.
