Mango Dessert |
Ingredients:
Fresh Mango 2 kg
Vanilla sugar 2 tablespoons
Whipping Cream
Freah mint
Direction:
Peel the mango and cut the flesh out. Cook it in a pan till tender. Puree the mango in a blender. Whip the cream and add vanilla sugar to tatse. Put the mango in the glass and dress it with whipped cream and mint leave.
