Fish 1/2 kg finger shaped cutting
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Chinese salt 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste 2 teaspoons
Ginger paste 2 teaspoons
Tomato ketchup 1 up
White pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar 2 teaspoons
Crushed red chilli pepper 1 teaspoon
Oil for deep frying
In a pan preheat the oil. In a bowl take corn flour and put some water to make batter. Dip fish fingers one by one and deep fry it till golden brown.
In a pan take 2 teaspoons of oil and add ginger and garlic paste. Saute them then add tomato ketchup, white pepper, chinese salt, sugar crushed pepper and cook 1 minut. Now add fried fingers and cook for a minute or 2. serve with boiled rice or bread.
