Ingredients:
Chickpeas 250 grams
Garlic cloves 3-4
Parsley 1 bunch
Coriander leaves
Green chilies 2
Refined flour 2 tablespoons
Baking powder 3 teaspoons
Cumin seeds powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt, black pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying
Boil and grind chickpeas. Add garlic cloves, parsley, coriander leaves, green chilies, baking powder, flour, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, salt and pepper. Mix them well and chop them in a chopper. Now make balls (or any shape you want to give) of the mixture. Heat oil and deep fry them.
