Pavlova

Ingredients:

Egg whites 3 (large)
Caster sugar 175 grams

For topping:

Double cream 275 ml (whipped)
Mixed fruits 350 grams (raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants)
Icing sugar 1 tablespoon


Direction:

Pre heat oven to 150 degrees. In a bowl place the egg whites. Now whisk the egg whites until form soft, so that if you can turn the bowl upside down it will not leave the bowl. Add sugar 25 grams at a time and whisk. Carry on the procedure till all sugar finish.
Now with a spoon pour the mixture on the greased baking dish forming a circle 8 inches in diameter. Then spoon round blobs next to each so that they merge into each other forming a circle all around the edge. Place the baking dish in the oven and turn down the heat to 140 degrees. Cook it for an hour.
Let the pavlovas to cool down. To serve pavlovas, lift it from the baking dish, and place it on a serving dish. Just before serving, spread the whipped cream on top, arrange the fruits on the top of the cream and dust the icing sugar.
