Kofta:
Cottage cheese
250 grams
Plain flour 2

Baking powder

Green chilies

Coriander

Salt to taste
Gravy:
Green chilies
1 chopped
Tomatoes 4
large chopped
Fresh cream
100 grams
Red Chili
powder ¼ teaspoon
Onion 1 large

Grated coconut

Direction:
Kofta:
Crumble the cheese and knead it very
well. Add kofta ingredients in it and knead it again o mix all the ingredients
very well in it. Shape them into small balls and deep fry in the oil.
Gravy:
Take tomatoes and water in a pot and
cook them. When soft blend them to make a paste.
Take
chili powder, salt, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin seeds, and ginger and blend
them to a paste by adding some water. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pot and
fry the paste till water evaporates. Add peas and green chilies and fry them
for a minute or 2. Now add the tomato paste and cook it to make a thick paste.
In the end add cream and and cook it for 10-15 minutes. Now add koftas to the
gray and dish it out garnish with coriander leaves.
