Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared pizza dough (from above)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (or olive oil for a white base)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola (or blue cheese)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
  2. Assemble Pizza:
    • Roll out the pizza dough and place it on parchment paper or a pizza peel.
