Ingredients:
- 1 prepared pizza dough (from above)
- ½ cup pizza sauce (or olive oil for a white base)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola (or blue cheese)
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup diced provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.
