Step 1: Homemade Pizza Dough
Ingredients:

Instructions:

Step 2: Pizza Pugliese Toppings & Assembly
Ingredients:
- ½ cup pizza sauce (or crushed tomatoes with olive oil)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: Black olives, anchovies, or grated pecorino cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Caramelize the Onions (Optional):
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions over low heat until soft and lightly golden.
- Assemble the Pizza:
