Crusty
Pizza Dough:
Water 1 cup
Unsweetened applesauce 1 tablespoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
All purpose flour 1 ½ cup
Whole wheat flour 1 ½ cup
Yeast 1 ½ teaspoon (add it in ¼ cup of warm water)
Sauce:
Oil 2 tablespoons
Rosemary ¼ teaspoon
Oregano ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Tomato paste ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Topping:
Chili flakes 1 teaspoon
Grated mozzarella cheese 2 cup
Artichoke 8
Kalamata olives 20 sliced
Beef meat thin slices 5-6
Garlic infused oil 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Pizza Dough:
Mix all purpose flour, whole wheat flour salt, yeast and apple sauce. Now
knead it with water to make smooth and elastic dough. Roll dough into a circle.
Grease the pan, place the dough on the pan, and let it rise for 30 minutes
before baking, for the thin crust, bake right away. Bake in a preheated 500 F
oven for 3 minutes. Remove it from the oven.
Sauce:
Fry garlic in oil. When turns to golden brown, add rosemary and oregano
and sauté them. Now add all other remaining ingredients in it and ½ cup water.
Leave it to cook till all water evaporates.
Topping:
Preheat oven at 450 F. Fry the meat
slices in 2 tablespoons of oil. Grease the pizza dish and spread the dough over
it. Brush the pizza dough with garlic infused oil and spread the pizza sauce.
Spread the chili flakes, beef slices, salt and pepper. Then keep the artichoke
and olives over it. Evenly spread the grated cheese and bake it for 30 minutes
or until the crust golden and the bottom crispy.
