Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
For the Topping (Optional):
- Fresh berries
- Chocolate shavings
- Caramel drizzle
Directions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in whipped heavy cream gently until well combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
- Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate, or caramel before serving.
