Ingredients:
Sweet biscuits 250 grams finely crushed
Butter 125 grams melted
Cream cheese 375 grams softened
Zest of 1 lemon
Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons
Lemon juice ½ cup
Condensed milk 400 grams
Add butter in biscuits and mix them
well. Press half of the biscuit mixture into the base of greased and lined 20cm
springform tin. Use a spoon to push the remainder of the mixture around the
sides of the tin. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth and
creamy. Add lemon zest and vanilla and beat it again. Now gradually add the
condensed milk and lemon juice, and continue beating until smooth. Now pour it
into the prepared tin and refrigerate it for overnight. Garnish and serve.
