Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Topping (Optional):

  • Fresh berries
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Caramel drizzle

Directions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped heavy cream gently until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.
  6. Garnish with fresh berries, chocolate, or caramel before serving.
