Ingredients:
Dough:
Dry yeast 1 tablespoon
Luke warm water 1 cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
All-purpose flour 2 ½ cup
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Sauce:
Oil 2 tablespoons
Rosemary ¼ teaspoon
Oregano ¼ teaspoon
Salt to taste
Tomato paste ½ cup
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Topping:
Chicken 200 grams boneless cubed
shaped
Onion 1 square shaped
Tomato 1 square shaped
Capsicum 2 square shaped
Garlic 4 cloves chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oil 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Direction:
Dough:
Dissolve yeast, salt, oil and sugar
in water. Mix in the 1 cup of flour until smooth. Gradually stir in the rest of
the flour, until dough is smooth. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes or
until it is elastic and soft. Now in a bowl keep the dough and cover it with
wet towel for about an hour.
Sauce:
Fry garlic in oil. When turns to golden brown, add rosemary and oregano
and sauté them. Now add all other remaining ingredients in it and ½ cup water.
Leave it to cook till all water evaporates.
Topping:
In a pan heat the oil and sauté garlic. When it starts changing color put
the chicken in it and fries it for few minutes. When chicken turns to golden
color add all other ingredients in it except mayonnaise. When oil leaves the
chicken then it’s ready
In
a greased pan spread the dough and then spread sauce over it. Spread the
topping over the sauce and then spread mayonnaise over it. Cook it for 20-25
minutes in a preheated oven at 375F. When the sides of pizza changes to golden color, then pizza is ready serve at once.
