Ingredients:
Unsalted
butter 8 tablespoons
Sugar
½ cup
Brown
sugar ½ cup
Vanilla
extract 1 teaspoon
Egg

All-purpose
flour 1 ½ cup
Baking
powder ½ teaspoon
Salt
½ teaspoon
Chocolate
chips 1 cup
Preheat
the oven to 300 degrees. Melt the butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in
sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Remove from heat and keep aside for 5
minutes. Now crack an egg onto the butter mixture, and whisk it with the help
of fork. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt and place them over
the mixture. Stir the flour into the mixture very carefully until smooth and
well mixed. Now add chocolate chips. Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until its
starts changing its color to golden, serve with vanilla ice-cream.
