paratha:
Refined flour 250 grams
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Oil ½ cup
Water for dough
Filling:
Chicken cubes 250 grams
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper ½ teaspoon
Onion 1 cup chopped
Tomatoes 1 cup chopped
Yogurt ½ cup
Red chili powder ½ teaspoon

Paratha:
Mix flour, salt and 1 tablespoon of oil
in a bowl. Mix them and then add water to make dough. Knead it till it becomes
smooth and keep aside for an hour. Make small balls of flour and flatten them. With
the help of rolling pin flatten the balls and make a large circular shape. In a
frying pan take 1 teaspoon of oil and then put the flatten bread over it. On low
flame cook the bread when it turns golden change the side and cook it from the
other side. Make all the parathas in the same manner.
Filling:
In a pan take oil and add ginger garlic
paste. Sauté for 2 minutes when it starts changing color add chicken cubes,
salt and black pepper and fry the chicken. When chicken becomes golden add
onion and tomatoes. On high flame cook it till all water evaporates. In another
bowl take yogurt a pinch of salt and red chili powder and mix them to make
chatni.
Now take one paratha and spread chicken
then add yogurt chatni over it. Roll them and serve them with salad and tomato
ketchup.
