Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder ½ tablespoon
Garam masala ½ tablespoon
Green chilies 6-8 chopped
Onions 4 chopped
Tomatoes 4 chopped
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Oil ½ cup
Coriander leaves ½ cup chopped
Ginger julienne cutting
In a karahi take all the ingredients
except ginger, coriander leaves and green chilies and mix them. After mixing
them cover the lid and let them cook on medium heat. When water evaporates and
oil comes out put 1 cup of water and cook it for 5 minutes. Turn off the flame
and put remaining ingredients, cover the karahi for 10- 15 minutes. Serve with
naan and yogurt chatni.
