Ingredients:
Cocoa ½ cup
Sugar 1 cup
Instant milk powder 1 cup
Salt a pinch
Butter or vegetable shortening 1 cup
melted
Direction:
Mix all powder ingredients in a bowl. Melt
the vegetable shortening or butter. Add all the ingredients into the butter and
start cooking it for 5 minutes. Continuously stir the chocolate with the
spatula. Now pour it into greased chocolate molds or in a greased dish and
refrigerate it for 12 hours. Now hard homemade chocolate is ready. Any nuts (cashew nuts, peanuts, walnuts etc) can also be added when shifting them to the molds.
