Fluffy Pancakes
These light, fluffy, and golden pancakes are perfect for breakfast or brunch! Serve them with maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream for the ultimate treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups (300ml) milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
3️⃣ Make the Batter
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Don’t overmix—it’s okay if there are a few lumps!
4️⃣ Cook the Pancakes
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface (~2 minutes).
- Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
- Stack them up and drizzle with maple syrup, honey, or chocolate sauce!
