Fluffy Pancakes

These light, fluffy, and golden pancakes are perfect for breakfast or brunch! Serve them with maple syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream for the ultimate treat. 


Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups (300ml) milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2️⃣ Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

3️⃣ Make the Batter

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Don’t overmix—it’s okay if there are a few lumps!

4️⃣ Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface (~2 minutes).
  • Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy

  • Stack them up and drizzle with maple syrup, honey, or chocolate sauce
