Garlic Mushrooms Recipe
A quick and delicious side dish packed with flavor!

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
- 1 lb (450g) mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and sauté for 5–7 minutes until they release their moisture and start to brown.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and mix in fresh parsley and lemon juice.
- Serve hot as a side dish or over toasted bread.
