Black Plum Shots
  Ingredients  (Serves 4 small shots)  1 cup ripe black plums (deseeded and chopped) 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon black salt (or regular salt to taste) 1 tablespoon honey or jaggery (adjust to taste) 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice (optional for a spicy kick) 1/2 cup chilled water Ice cubes (optional, for serving) Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)   Directions    Prepare the plums : Wash the black plums thoroughly, deseed them, and roughly chop the flesh.    Blend : Add the chopped plums, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black salt, honey (or jaggery), and ginger juice (if using) into a blender.    Add water : Pour in the chilled water and blend everything until smooth.    Strain  (optional): For a smoother texture, strain the mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth to remove any pulp or skin.    Chill and serve : Pour the liquid into small shot glasses.
